1. The appearance of the inspection
(1) The new type of electronic harness should be the same as the original model. The terminal of the wire should be connected with the wire reliably, and the connectors and wires should be pulled by hand to loose or fall off.
(2) The new electronic wiring harness with the original electronic wiring harness comparison, such as: the size of the electronic wiring harness, wire terminal fittings, wire colors should be basically the same. For questions, you can use a multimeter to test to confirm that the electronic harness intact, before replacement.
2. Electronic wiring harness installation
The connectors, plugs and sockets of each electrical equipment shall correspond to the sockets and plugs on the electronic harness. After connecting the connecting wires and electrical equipment, leave a certain margin, the wire can not be pulled too tight or too loose.
3. Line inspection and connection test
(1) line inspection
After the replacement of the electronic wiring harness, first check the connection of the electronic wiring harness connector and electrical equipment is correct, the battery positive and negative connections are correct.
(2) power test
The battery can not connect the ground line temporarily, with a 12V, about 20W lamp to do the test light, the test light in series between the battery negative and the frame of the iron side, turn off all electrical equipment switch on the car. Normal test light should not light, otherwise it indicates that the circuit is faulty. When the circuit is normal, remove the bulb, with a fuse capacity of 30A, connected in series between the negative terminal of the battery and the frame, do not start the engine, one by one turn on the car all the power equipment, electrical equipment And line inspection, after confirming the electrical equipment and circuit trouble-free, remove the fuse, connect the battery ground wire.
