In recent years, the decline of wind power construction in China is more obvious. Not only did the installed capacity of wind power hit a new lows of nearly 5 years in 2017, the relevant data show that in 2018, the pace of wind power installed capacity in China will still slow down.
In 2017, the installed capacity of wind power in our country increased by 15.03 million kilowatts, down from 4.27 million kilowatts in 2016, lower than 17.94 million kilowatts in 2015, the lowest in nearly five years. In particular, the overall
slowdown in the construction of wind power in the Three North (Northeast, North and Northwest) regions is the main reason for the declining growth rate of wind power installed capacity in China.
According to the "13th Five-Year Plan" of wind power development, China's wind power generation capacity will reach 205 million kilowatts by 2020. In the next three years, China will add another 41.22 million kilowatts of wind power to grid-connected capacity. However, according to the development targets of various provinces in the "13th Five-Year Plan" for wind power development, as of 2017, the development targets of the "13th Five-Year Plan" have been fulfilled in 6 regions of Jilin, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Ningxia, Xinjiang and Hainan, while the remaining provinces Most are close to the goal.
With the slowdown of wind power development in the Three North regions, in the future, southern regions in North China, Central China, East China and Southwest China will be the important regions for the development of wind power in our country. Especially in central and southern regions, low wind speed and decentralized wind power are becoming the new fulcrums for wind power development.
However, as calculated from the development targets of various provinces in the "13th Five-Year Plan for Wind Power Development," most of the provinces have completed or approached the target by 2017. According to statistics and calculations, Shaanxi in north and north China will become the major provinces for wind power growth in the northern and northern regions of China. In addition, there is also significant room for growth (3.67 million kilowatts) in Henan in the central China region. Hebei, Hunan and Yunnan There are also 619 million kilowatts development goals, 337 million kilowatts, 381 kilowatts of room for growth.
The wind power development in these local areas will become an important support for supporting the expansion of wind power installed capacity in China after 2018.
