4, the choice of contact location
Harness drawings are currently drawn by CHS, VESYS, and other related software, and contact locations can be displayed in 2D drawings. The position of the contact is not only related to the cost of the wire harness, but also the quality of the wire harness. Unreasonable designs will increase the cost of wiring harnesses, increase the quality of wiring harnesses, and may also cause problems such as assembly difficulties. There are several points to set the position of the harness contact.
(1) Choose a location where the harness is arranged more smoothly. You cannot select the location of the movement and the location where the degree of disturbance is large.
(2) Arrange the contacts near the intersection of the signal lines and the trunk. This can effectively reduce the number of wires and save costs.
(3) The distance between the contact point setting and the branch point needs to be greater than 50mm, and the distance between the contact points must be greater than 50mm, so as to effectively avoid the contact between the contact points.
