If it is unavoidable, it is necessary to use wires larger than 200 °C, and adopt silicone rubber protective tube. Protection; wires used for brake shoe harnesses are required to be abrasion resistant, impact resistant (sand) and resistant to high and low temperature (temperature cycling) shocks.

Second, the main sensors and sensors near the strong interference source and weak signal sensors should use shielded wires to prevent electromagnetic interference.

Third, determine the wire standard, the conductor structure of the different standard wires, the nominal section, the insulation layer material and thickness, the performance requirements and the maximum outer diameter are somewhat different.
