Therefore, the air conditioning load of the subway varies greatly, and it is necessary to use automatic control means to achieve energy saving. The automatic control technology has been applied more and more to various air-conditioning systems. In the system where the refrigeration equipment is concentrated and the working conditions vary, the automatic control technology plays a significant role in the energy-saving optimization operation of the system. As an integral part of the control system, environmental sensors play an increasingly important role in the subway.
In the subway's environmental control system, we used indoor temperature and humidity sensors, pipeline temperature and humidity sensors and Co2 concentration sensors.
We can set indoor temperature and humidity sensors in the station hall of the station and public areas such as the platform area as well as important equipment rooms to monitor the real-time temperature and humidity of the station. These parameters can help the operator to make reasonable adjustments to the system conditions of the station to keep the public area of the station in a more comfortable environment and ensure that the equipment room is always at a suitable temperature. Indoor temperature and humidity sensors are generally installed on the wall or top of the station hall, platform and equipment room.
At the same time, we can install pipeline temperature and humidity sensors in the fresh air chamber and return air chamber of the station to monitor the temperature and humidity of the outdoor fresh air and the station. The environmental control system can judge the environmental quality of the station according to the data collected by the sensor, and automatically switch according to various pre-designed working conditions to realize automatic control of the station environment by the automatic control system, so that the station environment is always in comparison. In a comfortable environment, and ultimately achieve the goal of energy-saving emission reduction. Pipe temperature and humidity sensors are typically installed on the walls of the fresh air and return air chambers.
We can also install a Co2 concentration sensor in the return air chamber of the station to monitor the concentration of Co2 in the station. In the station, the concentration of Co2 will increase due to human breathing. When the Co2 concentration is at a large value, the air quality of the current station poses a threat to the health of the passengers. Therefore, the operator can collect the CO2 concentration sensor. The data is adjusted in time to the working conditions of the public areas of the station to ensure that the air quality of the station is always in good condition.
