The electrical fire monitoring equipment and the alarm signal of the system shall be located in the fire control room or on the place where someone is on duty. The mains power should be taken from the fire power supply (AC220V) in the control center. Each monitoring detector uses field power or controller to draw power.
1. Installation design of internal form of power distribution cabinet (box)
Generally, the new project has a special floor power distribution cabinet (box) on the floor. The detection controller can be placed in the power distribution cabinet (box), and installed on the guide rail as far as possible from the conductive bus bar, and then the residual current transformer is installed. On the power bus, securely fast, and detect the connection between the controller and the transformer, shielded wires should be used.
2. Installation design of the external form of the power distribution cabinet (box)
Installation of the detection controller outside the power distribution cabinet (box) is applicable to both new and retrofit projects. If there is a fire monitoring box specially equipped with a detection controller, it can be placed near the power distribution cabinet (box) after being installed in the detection controller. In the same way, the residual current transformer is installed on the power bus, fixed firmly, and the connection between the detection controller and the transformer should be shielded by the setting range. For the renovation project, since the transformer is closed, it is necessary to pay attention not only to the safety of the construction but also to avoid the power outage for too long, which affects the user's power consumption.
3. Installation design of the distribution cabinet (box)
If the detection controller is embedded in the panel of the power distribution cabinet (box), the residual current transformer is still fixed in it, without adding a fire monitoring box, and does not want to change the internal structure of the power distribution cabinet (box), which is both beautiful and convenient. The requirements shall be clearly stated in the design. After the relevant parties have confirmed and approved the construction drawings, the complete set of manufacturers of the power distribution cabinets (boxes) shall fully consider the problem of embedding the detection controller holes on the reserved panels.
4. Installation wiring design and precautions
The product should take three precautions when installing the wiring. Products should be implemented in accordance with the provisions of fire protection. For each installation terminal, the wiring shall not be reversed, and the number shall not exceed two. When installing wiring, the N line and PE line must be strictly distinguished, and the N line of the residual current transformer should not be used as the PE line. It should not be grounded repeatedly or the device can be exposed to the conductor. The PE wire must not pass through the residual current transformer. When the two bus installations are routed, pay attention to the strong and weak wires to separate the wires, and do not allow crossover and wire bonding. It is strictly forbidden to penetrate into the same metal pipe with power lines, lighting lines, video lines, broadcasting lines, telephone lines, etc. Wiring should be neat, wires should be bundled into bundles, and flexible PVC pipes, metal pipes and metal trunking can be used for threading. After the pipe or the wire groove is passed, the nozzle and the notch should be sealed. The communication line between the monitoring equipment and the detector should be twisted pair. The recommended diameter should not be less than 1.5mm2. When the system is used in a strong interference place, the communication line should be shielded twisted pair. The shielding layer of the shielded twisted pair should be shielded. Good access to the earth.
