The winding tube was introduced into my country in 2002. It has been widely used in construction machinery and injection molding equipment such as excavators, loaders, road rollers, pavers, forklifts, cranes, dump trucks, etc. Mainly installed outside of hydraulic hoses, wires, cables and other products.
Its function is to enhance the abrasion resistance, anti-static and anti-ultraviolet properties of internal products such as hydraulic hoses, wires and cables, and protect the internal products such as hydraulic hoses in various harsh environments. The installation of spiral protective covers for hydraulic hoses, wires, cables and other products can not only improve the aesthetics, but also extend the life of the internal products by more than 3 years. installation method
Method 1: Start from the middle part and revolve to both ends
1. Rotate the middle part of the hose (wire, cable) to the middle part of the bobbin, and start from the wound middle part to one end of the hose (wire, cable).
2. Take one end of the hose (wire, cable) around the bobbin and locate it at the joint of the hose (wire, cable). After positioning, reverse the winding tube and loosen it, you can move it at will, and start to revolve from the middle part of the wound to the other end.
3. Wrap both ends of the bobbin around the outside of the hose (wire, cable), and the installation is complete.
Note: Multiple wires and cables can be branched for installation and use.
Method two: start from one end to the other end revolving method
1. Rotate one end of the hose (wire, cable) to one end of the bobbin.
2. Positioning. After positioning, start to revolve to the other end. When the bobbin is completely revolved outside the hose (wire, cable), the installation is completed.
