In accordance with my country’s wind power and photovoltaic development goals of 1.2 billion kilowatts in 2030, our province has issued the "14th Five-Year" renewable energy plan, vigorously develops wind power and photovoltaics, and implements the "Wind Power Double Plan". By the end of the "14th Five-Year Plan," The provincial photovoltaic installed capacity will reach more than 27.5 million kilowatts, and the new installed capacity will be more than 12 million kilowatts. Among them, the new installed capacity of distributed photovoltaic exceeds 5 million kilowatts, and the newly installed capacity of centralized photovoltaic exceeds 7 million kilowatts.

Strengthen new energy power prediction, build a land-saving new energy dispatch operation management system, in-depth study of new energy power generation characteristics, improve power prediction awareness, combined with numerical weather forecasting, to achieve multi-caliber, multi-region, and multi-time scale photovoltaic power prediction. State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power has also made every effort to ensure the full consumption of new energy, especially during the epidemic prevention and control and the Spring Festival, which is the most difficult to absorb new energy, through deep peak shaving of thermal power units, nuclear power and small hydropower to participate in peak shaving, East China Power Grid achieves full consumption of new energy by means of negative backup mutual aid between provinces and demand-side valley filling response.
