On September 21, Baobian Electric was the first UHV AC project of the State Grid Corporation of China during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period-the last 240 MW/1000 MW AC project developed by Nanchang Station of the Nanchang-Changsha 1000 kV UHV AC Project The volt reactor was delivered to the site and finished. So far, Baobian Electric has completed the production and transportation tasks of all 7 1000kV reactors safely and satisfactorily in accordance with the time node required by the State Grid Corporation.
During the Mid-Autumn Festival, Baobian Electric’s on-site installation of party members’ backbone commandos worked overtime to install 1000 kV reactors for Nanchang Station. Up to now, 4 units have been installed on site, and the 5th, 6th, and 7th units are being installed. It is expected that an installation will be completed at the end of September to ensure that the project will achieve the power transmission task before the end of 2021.
Baobian Electric attaches great importance to the development of Nanchang-Changsha 1000 kV UHV AC engineering products, and lists it as one of the annual key engineering projects, and has compiled detailed design, production, testing, transportation, and installation plans. The company's designers have optimized the technology based on the feedback from the product operation site. Each production and test link focuses on party member demonstration posts and party member commandos, concentrated superior forces and meticulously completed R&D, production, test tasks and installation tasks with high quality and efficiency.
With the joint efforts of all employees, the Nanchang-Changsha 1000kV UHV AC Project Nanchang Station developed by Baobian Electric successfully passed the factory test and installed 7 sets of 240MVA/1000kV reactors, which once again demonstrates the protection of the change. The Nanchang-Changsha 1000 kV UHV AC project is an important part of the UHV AC ring network in Central China, as well as the Yazhong DC supporting project. The total investment of the project is 10.478 billion yuan. A 1000 kV AC substation. Among them, the newly-built line in Hunan Province is 2×115.7 kilometers. The line runs roughly from east to west, passing through Liuyang City and Changsha County. The newly-built iron tower 439 base is planned to be put into operation by the end of this year.
