Structure and performance
1. This series of buttons are divided into Φ22, Φ30 panel installation buttons and button control boxes, suitable for different occasions
2. The protection level of this series of buttons is IP40
3. This series of buttons adopts a modular structure, which is flexible, convenient and reliable in assembly and disassembly; the normally open and normally closed contacts are electrically separated.
4. The wiring terminal uses M3.5 screws, and the installation tightening torque should not exceed 0.8N·m.
Normal working conditions and installation conditions
1. The ambient air temperature is: -5℃~+40℃, the average value within 24 hours does not exceed +35℃.
2. Altitude: not more than 2000m.
3. Atmospheric conditions: when the maximum temperature is +40℃, the relative humidity of the air does not exceed 50%, and it can be allowed at a lower temperature
It is possible to have a relatively high relative humidity, such as 90% at +20°C. Special measures should be taken for the occasional condensation due to temperature changes.
4. Pollution degree: Level 3.
5. Installation category: Class Ⅱ.
6. The button should be installed in a place where there is no significant shaking, shock and vibration, and no rain or snow.
7. The button should be installed in a medium without explosion hazard, and there is no gas and much dust in the medium that can corrode metal and damage the insulation.
8. Installation and external dimensions: Φ22 panel mounting button mounting hole diameter is Φ22.3+0.4 0 mm, the metal head type is suitable for 1mm~6mm thickness mounting panels;
Plastic head type is suitable for 1mm~4mm thickness installation panels; Φ30 panel mounting button mounting hole diameter is Φ30.5 +0.50 mm, suitable for 1mm~3mm thickness installation panels.
