Large generator vibration treatment method

The 50kw generator set has been approved by a large number of users and is used as a backup power source. When users report that the generator set is in operation, a large-scale vibration may occur.

Approach

1 The rotors of each generator must be calibrated for dynamic balance, and the dynamic balance accuracy specified in the drawings must be achieved.

2 According to the grades specified on the drawings, select the bearing with the qualified accuracy. Check the unevenness of stator and rotor air gap, adjust the load

3 Install the bearings and shafts and end caps according to the specified mating accuracy.

4 It is forbidden to use the knocking method for the bearing installation, and it is better to use the heat jacket method of the oven heating bearing.

5 Grease should be selected according to the grade specified in the drawing.
