The foundation of the offshore boosting station of this project adopts the jacket with the heaviest weight, the largest root opening, and the longest engineering pile length in domestic offshore wind power, and the foundation pile-sinking construction will be successfully completed on July 26, 2021. The upper module is a domestic 220kV, 500MW, domestically produced offshore booster station with over 95% equipment, with two 230/35-35kV main transformers with a capacity of 290MVA. The overall dimensions are about 54.7m×46.4m×22.5 Meters, the weight of the monomer is about 4200 tons. The booster station is the power collection center of the entire offshore wind farm. The power generated by the wind turbines is connected to the 220kV sea booster station through 17 35kV submarine cables, and after boosting, it is connected to the land centralized control center by 2 220kV submarine cables.
The upper block of this domestic heavyweight sea uplift station puts high demands on the hoisting construction. The construction team of the Qingzhou III project in Yangjiang, Guangdong has hard-core planning and faced the complex situation, and timely locked the world’s largest and China’s self-built "Hercules on the Sea" Zhenhua 30 crane ship as the hoisting construction ship. The hull is 297 meters in length, 58 meters in width, and the total weight of the empty ship is 44,000 tons. It ranks first in the world with a lifting capacity of 12,000 tons of a single boom and a lifting capacity of 7,000 tons of 360-degree full rotation. In the hoisting work of the final joint of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Island Tunnel Project, Zhenhua 30 demonstrated a powerful lifting capacity of 6000 tons and a precise hoisting positioning accuracy of 1.5 cm, demonstrating the international first-class level of China's engineering infrastructure and marine equipment. The lifting construction of the upper module of the sea uplift station gave full play to the three major characteristics of Zhenhua 30, which is large, strong and advanced in technology. At 3:35, the upper module (lifting weight of 4385 tons) was lifted and left" The "Golden Bay Queen" transport ship lasted 2 hours and 27 minutes to accurately complete the hoisting construction.
